Fire Alarm & Detection
Aldenix installs BS 5839 compliant fire alarm and detection systems across multi-unit residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. All systems are designed to L1 or L2 category and commissioned by third-party specialists.
We provide cause and effect programming, emergency lighting to BS 5266 and complete O&M documentation packs — giving your building control inspector everything needed for sign-off on first submission.
Working Process
Every Aldenix project follows a structured four-stage delivery process — from initial site survey through to commissioning, certification and handover documentation.
01_Survey & Scope
We carry out a full site survey, review all available drawings and agree a precise scope of works, programme dates and design responsibilities before anything goes on order.
02_Design & Procurement
We produce compliant design packages, submit any required notifications and procure materials to programme — coordinating with your design team to resolve clashes before work starts on site.
02_Installation & Commissioning
Our site teams install all works in accordance with the agreed programme. All systems are tested, commissioned and witnessed by third-party specialists as required under British Standards.
