Plumbing & Water Systems
Aldenix delivers complete mechanical plumbing packages from groundworks through to practical completion — coordinated with your programme and fully documented for building control, warranty providers and future facilities management.
All hot and cold water systems are designed in accordance with Building Regulations Part G and BS 8558, with legionella risk assessment and water hygiene commissioning documentation included as standard.
Working Process
Every Aldenix project follows a structured four-stage delivery process — from initial site survey through to commissioning, certification and handover documentation.
01_Survey & Scope
We carry out a full site survey, review all available drawings and agree a precise scope of works, programme dates and design responsibilities before anything goes on order.
02_Design & Procurement
We produce compliant design packages, submit any required notifications and procure materials to programme — coordinating with your design team to resolve clashes before work starts on site.
02_Installation & Commissioning
Our site teams install all works in accordance with the agreed programme. All systems are tested, commissioned and witnessed by third-party specialists as required under British Standards.
